Remarks:
We just mention the Orion 440 here for completeness sake. Normally Unisys is
not concerned with the HPC market but recently Unisys expressed interest in
stepping in. As can be seen from the list of characteristics above, the systems
are presently offered with a Windows OS, and Linux. The system has a flat
crossbar which makes it very similar to those of Bull NovaScale and the NEC
TX-7. No further information is available, including performance results.
