SERRQP

Purpose:
 SERRQP tests the error exits for SGEQP3.
Parameters
[in]PATH
          PATH is CHARACTER*3
          The LAPACK path name for the routines to be tested.
[in]NUNIT
          NUNIT is INTEGER
          The unit number for output.
