Greetings!  A little progress on the P4 front.  One gemm file, all
precisions, main case and M and N cleanup.  Also solved the arith.h
hack.  Can alter most things with a few macros. Files are now:

ATL_gemm_SSE.c
camm_pipe2.h
camm_util.h
camm_strat.h

Currently in /scratch/camm.

Todo:
	test/time various pipelining strategies
        implement a 2x2 strategy
        implement varianble compile time loop unrolling (currently
		always unroll by KB)
	consider a K cleanup option.
