Hello,
I am interested in getting the math library that we can
use in our C programs. For example, we would need functions
for calculating Fourier Transforms, random number generator,
statistics etc.
Is NetLib place where I could get different computational
routines as separate pieces or I can get the whole C library?
Are you aware of any commercial/non-commercial package that
would feet my needs?
