SCHKGL

Purpose:
 SCHKGL tests SGGBAL, a routine for balancing a matrix pair (A, B).
Parameters
[in]NIN
          NIN is INTEGER
          The logical unit number for input.  NIN > 0.
[in]NOUT
          NOUT is INTEGER
          The logical unit number for output.  NOUT > 0.
