blacs_setup.dat examples

Here is an example of one of the simplist blacs_setup.dat, which could be used to run the BLACS tester on the default PVM machine:

xFbtest_PVM-SUN4-0

Here is an example where we spawn the same routine except we want to run the debugger:

Here is an example where we run the same routine, ask for PVM to do tracing, and have the BLACS add some machines to the default PVM machine:
