Raw Performance.

By raw performance, we mean the performance of the machine with no other process using the CPU. Its value is determined by each computational server at startup time. We use the LINPACK benchmark to obtain the Kflop/s rate. The LINPACK benchmark computes the ``user time'' for its run and therefore corresponds to our definition of raw performance.
