Hi, everyone:
I am trying to find subroutines to emulate the
nonlinear equation set "solve block" that is
available in MATHCAD. It's a great solver, but
I need to be able to solve the equations outside
of MATHCAD. The MINPACK-1 routine LMDIF looks
like a possilbe, but it's described as a "least
squares" nonlinear solver. Do I just set M = N to
turn it into a solver that finds the roots?
