Bug Report Checklist

  

When the user sends e-mail to our mailing alias, some of the first questions we will ask are the following:

1. Have you run the BLAS, BLACS, PBLAS and ScaLAPACK test suites?
2. Have you checked the errata lists (errata.scalapack and errata.blacs) on netlib?

3. If you are using an optimized BLAS or BLACS library, have you tried using the reference implementations from netlib?

5. Have you attempted to replicate this error using the appropriate ScaLAPACK test code and/or one of the ScaLAPACK example routines?
