Testing the Symmetric Eigenvalue Routines

The test routine for the LAPACK symmetric eigenvalue routines has the following parameters which may be varied:

The testing program thus consists of a triply-nested loop, the outer one over 119#119, the next over 118#118, and the inner one over matrix types. On each iteration of the innermost loop, a matrix 16#16 is generated and used to test the eigenvalue routines.

However, there is one exception. The test routine for the LAPACK banded symmetric eigenvalue routines has the following parameters which may be varied:

The testing program thus consists of a doubly-nested loop, the outer one over 118#118, and the inner one over matrix types. On each iteration of the innermost loop, a matrix 16#16 is generated and used to test the eigenvalue routines.
