The test routine for the LAPACK generalized nonsymmetric eigenvalue routines
has the following parameters which may be varied:
- 175#175
- the order N of the test matrix pair 174#174
- 175#175
- the type of the test matrix pair 174#174
The test program thus consists of a doubly-nested loop, the outer one
over N and the inner one over matrix types. On each iteration of the
innermost loop, a pair of matrices 174#174 is generated and used to test
the eigenvalue routines.
